Substitution & Delivery Policy

Orders must be placed before the following times for same-day delivery: Monday - Saturday: 3 pm EST | Sunday: 2 pm EST We cannot guarantee requests for a specific time of delivery. To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, our florist may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

In short notice they got my gift to my son on time. They were pleasant to talk with - I even called back to add something to my note and they were gracious. The only reason it’s not five stars is because it wasn’t the exact arrangement that I ordered It had the same number of flowers. It just wasn’t presented the way that I thought it would be , the way it was displayed. It was still nice though. The first is what I ordered. The second is what came. For the same price I may have ordered something with more Flowers. But it was an anniversary so I wanted it to represent the two of them.
